Hana Dahlberg
Partner · Fargo office
Hana runs the Fargo office on Broadway and handles divorce, especially for families who end up living in two states.
Hana grew up in Moorhead, joined Anders after law school and opened the firm’s Fargo office a few years later. Most of her cases are divorces where there is something hard to divide: a house with little equity, a pension, a share of a family farm.
She believes most families are better served by an agreement than a trial, and prepares every case so that the agreement is a good one.

How Hana works
Hana starts every divorce with a list on one page: what to gather, what to leave alone, and what not to sign yet. Clients say it’s the first thing that made the case feel manageable.
She keeps a written budget for the year after the divorce beside every proposal, so you can see what an offer means for your rent, your car and your kids’ activities before you agree to it.
